Applications of BBa_K4078000
This RBS was used in a subsequent composite part in combination with VvTS and GPPS in a dual plasmid system. The paper that we modeled our project after utilized this RBS which is why it was initially chosen for the insert. There were no immediate issues with this RBS and it ultimately served its purpose quite well.
